FAQ

  • Sim API offers two plans: Builder and Enterprise.

    The Builder plan is completely FREE and ideal for individual developers, small teams testing Sim, or projects evaluating data vendors. It includes a monthly request quota with a fixed rate limit—fully covered by Dune.

    The Enterprise plan is a paid, contract-based option for accessing Sim API beyond the Builder limits. It includes custom pricing based on request volume, rate limits, and other usage needs. to learn more.

  • Not currently. The Builder Plan has a fixed monthly quota and does not support pay-as-you-go. Once you reach the limit, access is paused until the next cycle. To go beyond, you'll need to and move to an Enterprise plan, which offers custom quotas and rate limits.
  • Unused requests do not roll over—your quota resets at the start of each month. You'll have access to detailed usage analytics, including breakdowns by chain and endpoint, to help monitor and optimize your API consumption.

  • There is no overage on the Builder plan — once you hit the quota, access pauses until the next month.

    With an Enterprise plan, you'll have a committed monthly request quota (typically in the millions). If you exceed it, you'll simply be charged at the same agreed rate—no premium for overage.

  • Our Enterprise pricing is volume-based — the more you commit to, the lower your cost per API request. You can start with any Enterprise plan and upgrade later as your usage grows to access better rates. Additional discounts may apply for long-term or multi-year agreements.
